Who is the Baltimore box for?
Anyone who has had any kind of connection with Baltimore at some point in their life would be an ideal candidate for this box. It makes a really great gift idea for someone who used to live in the area and has since moved out of town.
How many items come in a box?
You get to select either 5, 7, or 10 items iconic to Baltimore that will be included in your box. We also have several premium box options that allow you to add an extra special item to your Baltimore box such as: Maryland Crab Cakes (yes we said Maryland Crab Cakes!) or Route One Apparel! Do you have a storefront location?
Yes we do! We are located at 857 W. 36th st. Baltimore 21211. Our location allows customers to order online and pick up in our store, or even come into the store and build a box on the spot. Current store hours are Tuesday - Sunday 11am - 7pm.
What are some things that can be included in the box?

Can alcoholic beverages be shipped in the box?
No. We cannot ship any alcohol. We can however include gear such as: hats, koozies, key chains, t-shirts, etc. from companies such as Union Brewing, and others.
Can I ask for specific items to be put in the box?
Yes! At the time you order your box, you will be able to select from the Baltimore items that are mentioned on our "What's in the box?" page. If you want to make suggestions of items for future Baltimore boxes you can do so here.
How much does it cost? And do I pay extra for shipping?
You pay $40 for 5 items, $50 for 7 items, or $65 for 10 items for the original Baltimore Box. We also have special premium products that can be added on to your Baltimore Box. Do you offer rush overnight shipping?
Yes we do! At checkout you can select overnight shipping for a flat fee of $35. This is only for orders being sent to anywhere in the USA.
I need a Box fast, do you deliver locally?
Of course! Order our Baltimore On Demand Box and we'll deliver to these zip codes: 21211, 21224, 21231, 21202, 21230, 21231.
Can I order now and schedule a later delivery date for a special occasion like for a birthday, anniversary, or holiday?
Yes! When placing your order you will be allowed to select a later delivery date for your box to arrive on. We make no guarantees that your box will arrive on that specified date but will do our absolute best to make sure it arrives on or just before the delivery date you want.
Can you ship to a military APO / FPO address?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping to military APO / FPO addresses! Please make sure the address is accurately typed in during check out and that you leave the country as USA on the checkout page so you will be awarded free shipping.
Do you ship international and is there tracking for these orders?
Yes! There is an additional $35 charge for international orders. This is added to the total price of whichever box level you choose. Unfortunately, tracking information is only available up until the box leaves the country. All international orders are shipped USPS First Class so you will receive the Customs number for tracking. If you would like additional proof that your International order was sent please Contact Us and we will send you a copy of the customs ticket and receipt from the post office.
How long will it take for my box to arrive?
Once we receive your order, it will take between 24-72 business hours to ship. Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email from us as well as Stamps.com with a USPS tracking number. If you do not receive either of these emails please contact us! All domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail with tracking and should take no longer than 2-4 business days to arrive. International orders are shipped via First Class Mail. Arrival for International shipping can take much longer (roughly 2 - 3 weeks) and will only be able to be tracked up until the box leaves the country. We will however provide you with a customs number for International orders and proof of shipment upon request. We are NOT responsible for any international orders that do not reach their destination.
