Who is the Baltimore box for?
Anyone who has had any kind of connection with Baltimore at some point in their life would be an ideal candidate for this box. It makes a really great gift idea for someone who used to live in the area and has since moved out of town.
How many items come in a box?
You get to select either 5, 7, or 10 items iconic to Baltimore that will be included in your box. We also have several premium box options that allow you to add an extra special item to your Baltimore box such as: Maryland Crab Cakes (yes we said Maryland Crab Cakes!) or Route One Apparel! Check out our Shop page to see all of our different options available.
Do you have a Retail Store location?
Yes we do! We are located at 857 W. 36th st. Baltimore 21211. Our location allows customers to order online and pick up in our store, or even come into the store and build a box on the spot. Current store hours are Monday - Tuesday: Curbside Pickup offered. Please call 410-910-9666. Wednesday - Sunday 12pm - 6pm.
Do you sell Baltimore themed Ice Cream?
Yes we do! We teamed up with local Ice Cream maker: Cream Cruiser to develop 11 ice cream flavors all inspired by Baltimore! Check out our Ice Cream website at: BaltimoreInABoxIceCream.com. And be sure to visit our NEW Scoop Shop “Walk Up Window” located just 2 blocks away from Baltimore in a Box at 1004 W. 36th st! You can order a little box or big box of ice cream. Or you can purchase prepackaged pints!
What are some things that can be included in the box?

Can alcoholic beverages be shipped in the box?
No. We cannot ship any alcohol. We can however include gear such as: hats, koozies, key chains, t-shirts, etc. from companies such as Union Brewing, and others.
Can I ask for specific items to be put in the box?
Yes! At the time you order your box, you will be able to select from the Baltimore items that are mentioned on our "What's in the box?" page. If you want to make suggestions of items for future Baltimore boxes you can do so here.
How much does it cost?
You pay $55 for 5 items, $65 for 7 items, or $75 for 10 items for the original Baltimore Box. We also have special premium products that can be added on to your Baltimore Box. Click here to shop all of our available box options.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always FREE any time we ship within the USA! Ready to order?
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We now ship all orders almost exclusively via UPS Ground, which has proven to be a very reliable method of shipping. The only instances we ship an order via USPS is if the order is going to: Hawaii, Alaska, a Military APO/FPO/DPO address or a P.O. Box. We also will ship via USPS First Class if you order an individual item such as a Mr. Trash Wheel T-shirt.
Do you offer discounts for bulk box orders?

Can I order online and pick up in your retail store?
Absolutely! Click here to place your order and select the date you want to come and pick it up!
Do you offer rush overnight shipping?
Yes we do! At checkout you can select overnight shipping for a flat fee of $45. This is only for orders being sent to anywhere in the USA. We make NO GUARANTEES that the order will arrive the next day.
I need a Box fast, do you deliver locally?
Of course! Order our Baltimore On Demand Box and we'll deliver to these zip codes: 21211, 21224, 21231, 21202, 21230, 21231.
Can I order now and schedule a later delivery date for a special occasion like for a birthday, anniversary, or holiday?
Yes! When placing your order you will be allowed to select a later delivery date for your box to arrive on. We make no guarantees that your box will arrive on that specified date but will do our absolute best to make sure it arrives on or just before the delivery date you want.
Can you ship to a military APO / FPO address?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping to military APO / FPO addresses! Please make sure the address is accurately typed in during check out and that you leave the country as USA on the checkout page so you will be awarded free shipping.
Do you ship internationally and is there tracking for these orders?
At this time we have disabled our International shipping option as it has become too costly and requires the recipient in a lot of cases to have to pay additional fees to receive their package which is outside of our control.
Who do you use to ship and how long will it take for my box to arrive?
Once we receive your order, it will take between 24-72 business hours to ship it unless we are in our Holiday Season, then it could take longer. We ship most all orders via UPS ground. The only instances we can’t ship via UPS is if the box is being shipped to a PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, an International address, or a Military APO/FPO/DPO address. We also would have to ship USPS if you ordered a single t-shirt or ornament as that would need to be shipped via USPS first class mail.
